The music of 'Chandra', a film which has Shriya in the lead role, was launched at a function in Chennai on Thursday evening.
Directed by Rupa Iyer, the movie has music by Gautham Srivatsa. It has been simultaneously made in Tamil and Kannada. Speakers at the function said that the songs are very good and they wished the film all success in the box-office.
Shriya plays a last generation Indian princess in this movie, which also has Ganesh Venkatraman ('Unnaipol Oruvan' and 'Abhiyum Naanum' fame) and Vivek in key roles.
The actress is thrilled about making a comeback with this flick. "I was given a meaty and interesting role in Chandra," she says.
